This Privacy Policy forms part of your legal agreement with All Phase Electric Co., a subsidiary of Ace Hardware Corporation (collectively, “All Phase Electric”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) under All Phase Electric’s Terms of Use. Our franchisees may also be authorized to use your personal information in the manner described in this Policy. Please note: Our franchisees independently may have their own data collection and use practices that are not governed by this Policy. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Services (as defined below) or by submitting information to us in a manner governed by this Privacy Policy, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

6. Is Information Collected from Children?
The Services are intended for adults. We do not sell any services ordered through our Services directly to anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not use our Services to submit orders or purchase any services. In addition, we do not collect online any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information of any kind to us.
We do not sell information about persons who we known to be under the age of 18.
